Refund FAQs

Everything in our store is artist-, athlete-, or organization-owned.

Once items are printed, the artist or organization is paid.

For that reason, we cannot give any refunds on merchandise.


However, we will provide assistance on a case-by-case basis. 

I received a damaged or defective item, or 
My order was missing items. 

What should I do?

Be sure to include the order number,
items, and size received.

We will make every effort to correct the order or replace the item in a timely manner.
